Buying a firearm online can be a great way to get the best deal possible. So how do you do it?

1. Find a firearm you want from a retailer or one of my distributors listed below.

2. Purchase firearm

3. At checkout they require an FFL for shipping.

4. Enter me as your FFL.

5. When I receive the firearm we will sit down and do the background check and transfer.

     Did you know in 2021 Virginia changed its laws to not allow private party sales of firearms? All firearms transactions now require a background check and transfer from an FFL. Let me handle the transfer and paperwork so you don’t violate the law.

        If you are not a resident of Virginia or active duty military living in Virginia I cannot transfer a firearm to you. What I can do is transfer a firearm to your local FFL which is where you would take possession after completing the local state requirements.

  Virginia now offers a tax credit of $300.00 per person  for safes purchased through an authorized gun dealer (FFL). For more info reference § 58.1-339.14. Firearm safety device tax credit.
